ABOUT ME



Having been born and raised in Los Angeles by an interior designer and contractor, I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by creativity, beauty, and a strong work ethic. My curiosity about people and art led me to pursue a Theatre degree in college and spend the following four years in New York, where the city’s iconic architecture deepened my love for interior design.

Once I returned to Los Angeles, I began to hone my career in supporting growing design-minded businesses and eventually landed at Nickey Kehoe. Although I started as an Executive Assistant, over the course of two years I went on to hire 40 new employees, helping to expand our local team of 20 to nearly 60 employees across Los Angeles and New York.

Recognizing that hiring a full-time recruiter is not feasible for most small businesses, I am eager to transfer the reliable, repeatable hiring practices I developed at Nickey Kehoe to support other creative businesses. By offering my services at a transparent hourly rate, rather than through recruiter fees and percentages, I am hoping to change the paradigm of recruitment and offer a cost-effective solution to support the unique needs of growing, creative businesses.
